We didn't start Prostrive to build software.
We started because building great digital products with distributed teams was harder than it should
be.
How it all started
Prostrive began with a simple realization: world-class talent exists everywhere, but real collaboration doesn’t happen by default.
We saw companies struggling with traditional outsourcing models — teams that delivered code, but never truly became part of the product. So we decided to build something different: embedded tech teams that feel like an extension of the company they work for.
From the beginning, the goal was clear. Build long-term partnerships, not short-term projects.
Movement has always been part of our DNA.
